Clear ruby-red with tones of purple, the elegant nose dances between fruit aromas of wild berries and fragrant floral layers of lavender, exotic spice with herbaceous undertones of rosemary and tarragon. The complex aromas complement one another and take a few moments to identify. The palate has a fine texture of soft tannins with a purity of flavors and a vibrant core - seamless and elegant with bright cherry and a crushed rock character. The wine has wonderful balance and suppleness that sustain the minerality on the long finish.
Wine Enthusiast

Estate-grown and farmed organically and biodynamically, this wine spent 16 months in 30% new French oak barrels. Tart cranberry and raspberry flavors lead into bold tannins, with finishing with notes of earth and green tea.

Light and tangy, with a meaty edge to the raspberry and herbal flavors, tightening up on the narrow finish. Has length, but the flavor profile seems off. Drink now through 2017. Tasted twice, with consistent notes. 1,481 cases made.
